This is a derivative of thingiverse.com/thing:13626 and thingiverse.com/thing:13192 but I can't mark it such currently.

This nut has a FreeCAD source file which allows for parametric configuration of number of holes, hole spacing, nut width, etc. It is part of the MendelMax redesign, and the latest official version will live at github.com/maxbots/MendelMax/blob/master/partsrc/TSlotNut.py

Instructions

After printing, insert a low profile (thin) M5 nut into the bottom and slide the assembly into your t-slot extrusion.
