Description
Improved version of the LockBox thingiverse.com/thing:1384 now really with a snapping lock mechanism.
A friend had the idea to add a horizontal locking mechanism so I just added a few layers in the dxf sandwich...thank you python :)

i configured skeinforge so it would slice the box into two walls per layer...if it came out with only one layer for you it makes sense that the fit does not work. I used almost the default makerbot settings...i only fiddled with the speed and the sparse infill options
I printed out both parts with 1 shell, 0,5mm extrusion size. I guess it could work if I make them with thicker walls.
mhhh...I printed many boxes from exactly these files (I re-downloaded themfrom thingiverse because I wasnot sure anymore which version was the correct) and it worked as expected...
what setupdid u use to print it?

The top part (used the STL files) came out ~2,5 mm too large for me, so it would just slide over the bottom part without engaging into the slots.
Nevertheless, it looks very cool.
