80mm fan holder for Prusa Mendel
Description
I adapted the current Prusa Mendel endstop by shortening the arm and moving a hole, to allow a standard 80mm PC case fan to be mounted on one of the lower side threaded rods.
The fan blows across the build plate opposite the nozzle, and allows for extra cooling rates, particularly useful when printing small layers, or for preserving detail in others.

Instructions
1) Print at least 1 holder, 2 if you prefer (although my fan is held just fine with 1).
2) Position holder on threaded rod, line up with desired fan position. The fan should just fit between the Z axis threaded rod and smooth rod without fouling either. I suggest you do this with your Z axis homed to ensure that the top of the fan isn't fouled by the bottom of the X carriage ends.
3) Tighten the holder so that it will barely move.
3) Attach fan to hole in arm using nut and bolt. Tighten holder bolt to hold fan in position.
4) Hook up fan power
5) I turn on my fan after the first couple of layers have printed.
I haven't used this with a heated bed though, and because it also blows on the underside of the build plate, it may antagonize the effect of the HBP, so YMMV.

Warning: The input file is not manifold near edge 11.000000-12.000000. You might want to check the resulting G-code before printing.
The model has overlapping or self-intersecting facets. I tried to repair it, however you might want to check the results or repair the input file and retry.
