My brain was 3D MRIscan and converted in stl.

you could use Rhino, create a 'surface by grey tones' for each view (bottom, front....), and then intersect them... I have not tried it though!

Can you share how you converted the image from the MR scan into an .stl file? I'm interested in which apps you used for this.
