Tie Clip
Description
I have a job interview coming up in a few days and I can never find a tie clip when I need one. Instead of investing a over 10 dollars for something I'll probably loose, I instead spent about 20 minutes with tinkercad and came up with this.
Instead of holes, you could go with a different type of negative space design, I just wanted something simple that would give me a decent print.

Instructions
There are support struts on the back of the clip to loop a shirt button through so the entire thing stays in place.
It only takes a minute or two to clean up with slight sanding here and there.

I would probably vary it with some sort of picture on the front instead of those holes. I think they make it look like a last minute substitute for a metal tie clip. You could change the holes into a single hole in the shape of some logo imprtant to you.

So, this must be an interview for a couture fashion house, right? You'll definitely get it!

Why not something like "I printed this"?
I'm sure an employer would think you're smart if they knew you were doing stuff like this.
I did actually mention the tie clip, and they thought it was pretty cool. What I hadn't mentioned on here was that the job interview was with MakerBot. It must have worked, I've had the best job of my life for the past six weeks now.
