Print the black base, followed by the colors setting the Z0 at +3mm. Print the blue last, since the 0,0 XY point is in the blue area and you can cover any crud from the other colors. Use a paper clip to hang it up. You could do a fancy two-sided version by printing a mirrored version and a regular version and gluing them together.
