I have the device as described above setup with the Arduino and Processing, but my graphs in Processing are blank (except for the odd bit of noise).

Would it be possible to confirm the pins used for the Arduino. I currently have:
[PCB -> Arduino]
SI -> Digital Pin 2
CCLK -> Digital Pin 3
MISO -> Digital Pin 4
SCLK -> Digital Pin 5
CS -> Digital Pin 6
VCC -> 5V

Nevermind, got it working, just needed to uncomment somethings.
