Summary

A Giraffe, modified Voronoi Style
Print it in yellow and fill it with brown paper (or a brown colored napkin).

And please post a picture of your printed giraffe.

Here is a animation of this thing done in blender:

Do you know other models who would look cool in voronoi style?
Please leave me a comment!

EDIT 2013-09-13: I have added an other STL with the same Voronoi, but a bit thicker and hopefully easier to print.
EDIT 2013-09-18: I have added two more STL files. Both with support structure below the chin of the giraffe: One STL has only a small support structure, the other one is a bit thicker.

Very Nice Thank you for posting this.

Supports? :/ I am mid print and I am really scared it's going to screw up at the top of the neck. Blahhhh

There are STL files with support in the file. So your slicer doesn't have to generate the support structure.

It worked out in the end! The chin needed a little sand paper, but my grandmom is going to love it.

Great work! Where did you modeled it?

I already covered that question here:

Sadly, there is no simple "Klick and go", but a lo of small steps to do.

Squirrel - Voronoi-Style

Wonderful design, easy print! Great work!

I have been wanting to create objects with the voronoi pattern for quite some time. FANTSTIC!!! Are you using a pugin in Blender. Could you detail quickly how its done?

Very cool remix! I'm going to try to print this later today. Will definitely post a pic when I do. Thanks! (:

I am glad you like it. Thank you for your giraffe!
