Blender 2.66a. 3-4 hours (with distractions). Printed with RepRapPro Mendel. 0.5mm nozzle. 0.3 layer height. Each piece was printed separately. Pawn 1 hour, Queen & King 1h 45min, Bishop & Rook 1h 30min, Knight (with supports) 1h 45min (each). I haven't sliced the full plate yet.

Instructions

Select/load first color
Print full plate/team 1 (equals half the game pieces)
Change color for plate/team 2.

For best results print Knight and King with supports.
