Instructions
Note: These images do not include washers, I just tossed this together quickly to verify that it fits, you'll want to include washers on the motor.
Version 2 - the most recent upload has more verticies in the circle in an attempt to correct a bumpiness problem encountered by those printed edges at 60+ mm/sec
Version 2 - slotted - has a little bit of wiggle room around the bolts
