Parametric Mendel Extruder

Description
rbisping did the SCAD Mendel Extruder design, and I made it parametric as well as adding support-free points over the horizontal holes. The parameters allow you to specify the diameter of the bearing race used in the pinch mechanism, its securing bolt, and the diameter of the filament.
I have also left the hole for the bearing support slightly oversize to allow fiddling for various sizes of bearing, shaft and filament.

Instructions
Do not use this design with 608 bearings, as they clash with the M4 securing bolts. It should be possible to modify the design to avoid this collision - post the derivative if you do!

Brilliant, thanks! So, are the settings provided suited for use with a standard Mendel?

It's still not perfect - I've put the filament 1mm too far away from the roller! Hang on...

Well, I widened a few holes, thickened it a bit and remembered to move the original bearing location that this was all about! It's printing now and if all goes well I should be able to pick it up, pull off the hair, and use it. But experience suggests I'll need to ream out the 3mm hole for the filament with my pointy thing.
