Description

Why?

Because one of my friends suggested I print one of these in some color other than blue. And I had an entire reel of pink just sitting there unused.

And while I was recoloring it, I decided to make a new head for it.

This is blasphemous, I love it.

It's actually a roll of pink filament from a cheap and no longer around reseller I found on Amazon. And it is terrible stuff - uneven in diameter, not very straight, doesn't want to stick to the bed or itself, and distinctly weaker than better quality filament once printed. I'll be glad when this roll is gone. Learned the hard way that cheap filament isn't always the bargain it looks like.

is that the Repraper red filament that came pink or some fancy Fabdashery colour?

Instructions

Use the parts and instructions from the original, but omit the bowtie, replace the head parts, the headpivot, and the fists with the head, bow, headpivot, and hands from this one. Print all parts that would have been in blue as pink. Print all black parts in yellow. Print all grey and white parts in white. The bow is still red.

Use a fine-tip Sharpie to dot the eyes, nose, and whiskers. The eyes and nose have raised bumps to guide you, but you're on your own for the whiskers.

Stare at it and ask yourself why.

Keep that theme-snowball rolling!

Hmmm, tron? (it's like a coat of paint that can be thrown on to anything)
