People have made them so I know it must be on my end, but when I try opening the 6th Doctor to generate his G-code, it tells me "hole near edge" and that I should repair it before printing. Have you encountered that problem and do you know what I can do? For now I'm printing the rest.

It's possible in a set of 12 models that I introduced some bad geometry. Just give it a run through cloud.netfabb.com (I swore I did this already) and print what comes out.
