Summary

Breaks out the trigger and buttons from the front of the XBox 360 controller so that they can be used from the top. Design is in response to Caleb Kraft's call for a controller mod that could be used by someone with physical limitations. Check out his good work here: The Controller Project

This might be a good mod for you if you can't bend your trigger fingers.

Any suggestions for improvement are welcome. Assembly video at YouTube

Another mod which brings the control of the trigger/button to one side is here

Instructions

  1. Print a platter of parts.

  2. Enlarge holes in all pieces except the stand (spacer base) with a 9/64ths drill bit.

  3. Assemble as pictured with a 2 inch #6 pan head machine screw. Tighten just enough that there is slight resistance on the levers.

  4. Slide onto your wireless XBox 360 controller and secure by pulling the hook-ish side into place.

usually u would use the joysticks with the fingers that operate this so it it pointless.

I know a guy who is a quadriplegic, but has some limited arm/hand movement. He could probably benefit from this.
