Buy the connector:

Desolder the holder (32 pins) from the board it comes with. Be careful to avoid over heating the pins as they are very small and will gum up the mounting enclosure.
Create the pcb via laser cutter method that I use. Or toner transfer method. I attached the PDF files as well as the eagle files also. Warning I am not super great at eagle so if something is off apologies.
Solder on some female headers and the TQFP mount. Laser cut the masonite and you are done.
Screws used were Socket Head 10-24 2". I used the longer ones as its a great way to wrap the wire and tighten it down with a 10-24 nut to clean things up. Plus it also protects dropping the device and getting something jammed into the center.
