Description
A simple case for a sleeved ipod. The sleeve is not part of the thing, but serves to hold the ipod in nicely.
Instructions
Print out. Drill out the hinge pin holes. Push in hinge pins. It is designed for 1/16" brass rod for hinge pins, but other size rods (large paperclip, small nails, etc) could be used if a matching drill bit size is used.
If the hinge is stiff, wiggle it back and forth rapidly. This heats the hinge pins by friction, which can soften the plastic (if it is PLA) and loosen it up.
