Orca 0.3 Y axis belt tensioner
Description
A replacement for the stock belt clap that includes a tensioning screw. This works in a similar way to thingiverse.com/thing:10274 but to maintain straight belt travel the belt is clamped at the bottom and free at the top.
The SCAD file is parametric so this should be adaptable to other machines and belt sizes.
**Version 2 makes the corners round, adds a slimmer clamping strap and incorporates Aggressive's impovement to the nipple form.

Instructions
1) Print and clean up
2) Slide an M4 nut into the slot down the parts middle
3) Insert the M4 tensioning screw chose a 30mm or bigger cap screw so you have enogh thread to tension the belt effectivly.
4) Put the nipple on the end of the temsioning screw
5) Mount on the Y frog as usual but instead of clamping the belt between the 2 plastic parts loop the bet over the tension screw and under the bottom of the clamp.
6) Leave the clamp loose until you wish to tension the belt, with the tension screw mid travel rougly tension the belt and then tighten the fixing screws.
7) Add or remove tension by the tensioning srcew (clockwise turns tension the belt)
I have marked this a work in progress until I have my machine working

Great job. I found the hole for the nut needed quite a bit of filing to get it to fit; but it seems to work well. Thanks
