Description
Yo dawg I heard you like picks...so I made a pick shaped box so you can pick while you pick your pick...
Another riff on the living hinge, using it for the sides of a curved box rather than an actual hinge.

Instructions
Laser cut the patterns and then slot the tabs into the holes. The hole at the top is double width to accomodate two tabs; this should be reasonably intuitive.
You might benefit from a dab of hot glue around the tab joints.
Designed for 1/8"/3.5mm plywood.

Hi! you did a great job! love the curves! I was wondering if it was possible to create the pattern with a CNC machine using a 1/8 match? Need your knowledge!!!

Also if you make this on a mill rather than a laser cutter, use an endmill which can plunge since it will end up doing it well over a hundred times.

I think 1/8" scores are probably way too big to make the hinge. The kerf of the laser is probably on the order of .25mm - .5mm depending on how well it's focused. I think you'd be better off with something way way narrower; maybe 1/32 or 1/16 end mill.

Hey i love this! I will definetly do it!
Just wondering what program did you use to do this box?
Im kind of starting to learn how to make this things but im kind lost and dont know where to start, try to do a box on and the curved part seems to work but the tabs were a disaster :/ all was designed in illustrator hehe thats the one program i known, but you have any suggestion of where to look to learn?
