All the models needed repairing in netfabb so that OpenSCAD could import and render them properly. The repaired STLs used are available for download, as well as the OpenSCAD file to generate the plate.

Instructions
1) Download plate.stl
2) Print!
3) There's no Step 3!
Alternatively, one can download plate.scad, open it in OpenSCAD and tweak from there. The variable space determines the spacing between rendered pieces if you need to stretch them apart more (or less) for printing.
