Use things #10647 or 13220 for bushings for this.
Note that a longer timing belt is needed with these X ends than with the iteration 2 Prusa X ends.
TO MAKE A METRIC VERSION just get the "nuts and bolts.scad" from the original and compile with that instead. At that point you might as well use the original STLs except for my tightened clamp part. The M8 and 5/16 nut sizes are actually the same, only the M3 needs to change. The screw shaft hole size is increased by 0.4mm to allow for the larger #6 screw size. This probably would be fine for M3 as well.
