Frame Back Holder V1 by kareed Jan 23, 2010

Description

This is an example of a thing that DID NOT WORK because it was too thin.

The item was supposed to be a set of little plastic holders that can be screwed into the back of a homemade picture frame to hold the glass an picture backing in the frame. The problem is that the were too thin to print on a MakerBot.

I may be wrong, using a RepMan and not a Makerbot but it looks like your extrusion-rate and temperature where too high.
I just rant this through skeinforge for the 0.2mm layer-height -settings I calibrated last night and the 7 layers of this object look
quite printable to me.
(I did not print it as I need no such physical items.)

Instructions

If you want to make these, you'll need to thicken the items because otherwise they will not print correctly. The large flat areas won't actually print and you'll just have a curved frame around the item.
