Printable protractor and ruler

Description
Ok, so this is a 2d object for a postscript printer, instead of a 3d printer.
But we have rulers and protractors in the tool list, and there are those out there who may not be so endowed. So if you've got a printer, and no protractor, you now have no excuse.
I wrote this years ago when I was learning postscript, thought it would be useful here.

Instructions
The protractor is mildly parametric. If you don't like the divisions I set up or the size, the file can be edited with a text editor.
Print on a transparency if you want to use this over the object you are measuring, or on paper if you want to put it under the object. Cut to fit if necessary.
The ruler is not as parametric, you might actually figure out how the code works to adjust it, and units are in inches. The outside border is the bounding box of the printable area of your device. (If anyone wants this done differently, let me know.)
