Acrylic 6 packer
Description
This 6 packer is made of .093 (3/32) thick clear acrylic.
Instructions
I took the .dxf file from timogiles and manually tweaked it to work with .093" thick material. I used common clear acrylic from the window section at Home Depot as the material. This was laser cut. Also the 4-40 screws were shortened to 3/8" long...I used brass in this one.
Works well, and looks pretty nice. Acrylic doesn't char at the ends or leave burn marks like wood does. Leaves a nice polished edge.
The .093" thick material is a bit too thin to be comfortable. There is thicker stuff at the store, but it's a bit pricey.
Some strategically placed LED's would really make this stand out I think.
