Printing

The_STIG_Chest_Color.stl is a two color print that can be done with a filament swap. Start printing in black. After 1mm, when the upper blocks start to print, swap the color to White.

Assembly (Using the images for reference)

Press the chest color pieces into the chest. Secure with glue if necessary.

Is the The_STIG_Chest.stl file corrupted by chance? I've downloaded it a few times, but Slic3r says it's not manifold (7761 errors) and opening it in TinkerCad gives a slightly different result than shown here.

The files are made in sketchup, which doesn't play nice with some slicing engines. If you're having issues, try running the file through the free version of Netfabb.
