Instructions
This is a prototype for my hot end.
Nozzle 0.5 mm
The materials used:
- brass for the head (holes for resistor and thermistor not drilled yet)
- PEEK as a thermal barrier
- alluminium for the cooler and monting plate
- PTFE for the core
the brass head is thermally insulated from the alluminium cooler
I will post some test results soon
