Description
The idea here is a tool that can be used to cut shapes out of paper with interchanglable parts.
The specific example this is made for is the Disk Decoder Ring ( thingiverse.com/thing:17582 ). For the blank disk option you need to cut the disk out of paper and then cut a hole out of it. This should do it perfectly.

Instructions
A plate is inlucded for an all-in-one print. There is also a handle-only plate for you own projects, provided this works. The attachment joint is included in the blender file for making your own,
I don't have a 3D printer so I don't know if this will actually work, but the theory is sound. If you have a 3D printer you can test this out for me and post feedback. (Please)
