Description

This is a Morningstar (Morgenstern). It was originally developed by the Germans in the Late Middle Ages to defeat plate armor. This may not be practical in the context of modern life, but I'm sure you'll find something fun to do with it. This item can currently be purchased at Shapeways, 3D-printed in stainless steel here:

MS_02 has a bounding box of about 500mm x 300mm x 280mm with a clearance of 2.5mm between the links, so it could be scaled down a lot and not fuse.

Instructions

Tightly grip the Morningstar in one or two hands and swing it around wildly.
