Wrong website this should be on instructables or no where because who needs instructions on how to do this

Forget "mounting a scratch monkey." Now, we can mount birds on our computers! But I do agree that this user does not understand Thingiverse. This definitely would go better on Flikr of Instructables.

Instructions

You have to remove the USB connector case, so you will see four longish connection "points". You can use the two outer connections as power source for your LEDs. Braze the LEDs and one 50Ω Resistor between the LEDs to the conductive points at the USB Stick.


Now You just have to put this into a taxidermied bird-head, mouse-body or whatewer you want... be creative!


I filled the head with liquid latex, to fix the USB to the "case"
