Please also post a lower resolution of the model. A 172 mb stl makes this almost impossible to slice correctly for a lot of people.

On the other hand, having the model hollow might might create artifacts in the printed paths, so the best file to print would be a solid, binary .stl.

I notice this a lot with files from zbrush. Zbrush has tools/docs for exporting for 3d printing, and they all suggest that the artist hollow their models. For home 3D printing, completely solid models are best.
Yeah I've made the same mistake with my first model for this contest, fixed it thanks to the feedback of this nice community and never did it since. ;)
