Description

We're currently using Igus pillow blocks on our Mendelmax builds. So far testing is showing these bushings are working very well. They are smoother and more quiet than any other bushings we've tested.

These go together just like all of our other clamp style x ends and carriage. The only change is the bushing mount holes are wider to accommodate for the wider Igus bushings.

These Igus bushings can be sourced from our LulzBot.com store and Igus.

there is somebody selling your x end clamp on ebay btw..

Ya, a lot of people are using this clamp or one of the various derivatives for other bushings. Since it is under the GPL they can sell as many as they want at any price they want.

Sorry, I just see your other questions now. I presume you got it all sorted (?).

in case anybody is wondering, I used the standard prusa rod clamp from the x ends for the belt holders

now I am trying to get the z axis installed without binding and it's giving me a lot of issues.. should I  tighten down the bushings first and then adjust the cross smooth rods?

the vertical smooth rods are perfectly true already

Hi! for the x carriage, what do I use to secure the belt?
