Shotglass.. Like a sir!
Description
This is my own take on the illustrious first shotglass.. and the ultimate proof-test for your reprap!
It's quite a challenge to print as you will have to pause it several times during the narrow bit, or it won't harden in time. That said.. it's completely waterproof, contains about 25cc and it's oh so stylish!
Do not forget to toast to your trusty reprap with your favourite spirit.

Instructions
PLA highly recommended due to non-toxicity, do not print this in ABS if you intend to use it!
Make sure you don't set the inner perimeter too fast, i've printed it with these settings:
Perimeters: 3
Solid layers: 3
Fill density: 1.0
Speeds:
Perimeters: 30mm/s
Small perim.: 10mm/s (your mileage may vary)
Infill: 40mm/s
Solid Infill:60mm/s
200 degrees
The rest is standard.
Make sure you pause the printer when the small part starts to wobble, fan recommended!
Alternatively, as suggested in the comments, you can use the "cool" option in Skeinforge.

I'm thinking about trying one of these. It looks like it needs supports but based on your instructions I'm not sure. Did you print it with support?

Wouldn't turning on "cool" in skeinforge be easier than manually stopping your printer? See, for example, http://makerblock.com/tag/skei... .

What if you printed it upside-down?
