Vacuum adapter plate for screen printing table

Description
I made this adapter plate so I can solidly attach my shop-vac to my screen printing vacuum table. This could also be used to attach a vacuum to any other surface where suction is needed.
Instructions
1. Print it out
2. Drill holes to slightly larger than 1/8"
3. Apply epoxy or other adhesive to back of adapter plate
4. Attach with #6x1" wood screws
5. Connect 1-1/4" vacuum hose to plate
You may need to sand down the inside of the plate and/or the outside of the vacuum hose slightly to get a snug fit.
