Description
Body DXFs of the cupcake modified for cutting on a CNC router with a 3mm (or maybe a 1/8") bit. I also resized the slots for 5.2mm thick plywood, since that's what seems to be available at hardware stores around here.
I haven't tried these yet, but I will as soon as my friend with the CNC router finds the time.

I was thinking about the m3 nuts cant you just replace the blot+nut with some wood screw

It might work, but for the edges I'd be concerned with causing the fairly thin plywood panels to delaminate where you put the screws in. Maybe if you put a pilot hole into the edge of the panel, but then you'd have to a bunch of extra work after cutting. For the thru holes I suppose you could - but again the ply is pretty thin, so you'd either have tiny screws with little holding power or big screws with minimal thread engagement.

awesome! I was --

I'll try it tomorrow. Thanks! :)
