Summary

This is a push fit onto a window motor. It has 6 hole bolt patter (for 1/4 hex bolts) with a 2" diameter.On the adapter side I created a hex pattern for the hex heads of the bolts to fit into. A previous version, that was printed on a Makerbot failed at around 40 foot pounds. I'd recommend using 15% fill and at least 8 shells to strengthen the part that mates to the window motor. If any FRC teams use this part team 981, "SnoBotics" would appreciate the credit and to hear back from you. Let me know if there are any other formats that would be useful and I'll load those up.

Instructions

Print with the window adapter connector up. I did this without a raft and no support structure on Makerbot 2 using PLA.
