view allThis cube printed well when I used a raft and external support.
For those of you who are into turning metal and would like to make the original "turners cube" look in Guy Lautard's "The Machinist's Third Bedside Reader" page 219.
I always forget to make it so people can post their pics. I'm trying to work out some cut-away supports to fix the sagging. Any suggestions are welcome.

I made one, though it won't let me upload an image. I think it's because you have All Rights Reserved (but it's no problem).
It came out pretty nice, though there is a little sagging in some places. Nice job!

=UPDATE=
Tried printing it without the circular base. Bad idea. 2/3 of the way through the print the nozzle snagged on a small bump and ripped the part off the platform. Will try it again with the base next time. Also might add some supports around the edges as the filament had a tendency to sag there.
