Print as many of the clips as you need - I can fit 5 on the long edge of a cheap plastic coat hanger - then attach them with glue (I used superglue). Getting the right infill in the clips is critical; I got the best result with a pattern that had ~5mm spacing between the elements, but you may be able to get away with multiple walls instead.

The plastic is springy enough to pinch the ties and hold them in place so they won't fall off as the hanger gets jostled about in your closet.
