Pile of ABS Scrap

Description
Based on the ABS Scrap pile design; this pile is made from some of the 30 Hot Ends I have experimented with.
For every failure a lesson was learned, and soon I will post the results of my working hot end.
For every failure a lesson was learned, and soon I will post the results of my working hot end.
Instructions
1. Have too much pride to buy a hot end
2. Make a few on a drill press
3. Buy a hobby lathe
4. Learn how turning on a lathe is a skill
5. Learn how easy the glass transition can become a point of failure
6. Spend more in parts/materials than the cost of one hot end
7. Print with latest hot end
8. Hope the community might benefit from a new hot end design

Those are not failures. You have succeeded in finding four ways not to design a hotend.

Hi,
Are there any links you can share on how to get started with this?
Thanks!

I'm sitting here wondering why I'm still looking for ideas to make hotends after my 4th failure and if I'm insane, but now I see I have 26 more failures to go!
