In order to improve the tool OOML (V2.0) iearobotics.com/oomlwiki/doku.php
This is a derivative from Protobot by Alberto Valero:
thingiverse.com/thing:18264
We have used the base structure and the wheels. We have added one plug and play structure to hold the US sensors and we are developing another plug and play to put PCB board with sensors CNY70 in order to detect lines in the ground and make the robot lines follower.
In this model, we have used:
1x ARDUINO UNO
1x BT ARDUINO MODULE
2x FUTABA3003
2x US sonar (http://www.seeedstudio.com/wiki/index.php?title=Ultra_Sonic_range_measurement_module)
1x Connection board
2x 9V power batteries
22x screw (3mm)
First test: Crowler :D youtu.be/NEXOzpVxYNo
Second test: avoid obstacles

Instructions
If you want to start in the OOML world:
Install the OOML following the instructions of iearobotics.com/oomlwiki
Compile the ProtoBot using cmake (you must set the OOML include dir and OOML Libraries dir)
Run the protobot build program. It will generate the OpenSCAD files.
Instructions
1º) Print the chassis from Protobot.stl by Alberto Valero. thingiverse.com/thing:18264
2º) Print SoporteUniversal.stl and SoporteSonar.stl
3º) Mount The Arduino and the Protoboard on the main body using the Spacers and 3mm screws. The holes are already done.
4º) Mount the Futaba S3003 Servo Motor on the sides of the body (remmember as Alberto said: You have to hack the servos as explained in kronosrobotics.com/an116/GAN116_3003.shtml or in Spanish wiki.darkomen.es/index.php?title=Taller:Usando_servos_skymega )
5º) Mount both US sonar
5º) Join with drews SoporteUniversal and SoporteSonar
6º) Join with a little pressure the main body with the part in (5) without the screws.
7,8,9...) You can make more parts and join with "SoporteUniversal". This platform allow to join more parts to the main body. We make 2 more parts to put here, like SoporteSonar, elesiguelineas and EleSonarGrande.
If you want to learn more about OOML download protobotSensores.src, open it in Qt-creator, add libraries and take a look of the code. You can see the changes in real time if you open protobotSensores.scad with OpenScad (you must build the project first).
In a few days, we upload the link with more videos.
Enjoy!!
