Big reels of filament tend to collect dust ... dust tend to mix with the hot plastic an clog the extruder nozzle .. clogged extruder nozzle == frustration
This is a simple part that will help you clean the filament from dust before it enters the extruder. I designed it for RapMan (bitsfrombytes) but as it is designed to be snapped on the cable hose it can be used for other printers as well.

Instructions
1. Print two copies of the part
2. connect two parts like on the picture with bolts
3. put some sponge or cloth or something similar in the "box"
4. put the filament trough the middle hole on the box
5. clip the contraption on the cable hose before filament enters the extruder
6. print happily :D
7. from time to time - replace the content of the box (replace/clean sponge/cloth..)
