The cable strain relief consists two parts: the top side which actually reliefs the cable strain, and the bottom part which functions as a nut holder for two M3 nuts and holds the whole assembly in place.
The two parts are fastened together with two M3x10mm screws via the 20x20mm square hole of the build plate, the sheet metal of the buildplate is squeezed in between.
The height of the strain relief between the heatbed and the buildplate allows the heatbed to level, and the buildplate can slide back freely without colliding into the printer's frame.
The cable is fastened to the strain relief with a 3mm zip tie.
