Hole Gauge for Laser Cutter
by LucidOne, published
This is Thing-a-Week #6, previous things can be found here.
This is a metric drill gauge that is useful for making lasercut parts.
The holes are marked as drawn, so the actual holes will be large depending on your laser cutter. The holes range in size from 1.0mm to 10.9mm in 0.1 mm increments.
The file is premade for Ponoko's Laser cutting service www.ponoko.com. Export as an eps file from inkscape after you fill the rest of the space.
Use a sharpie to fill in the letters and immediately wipe clean. Use paint thinner sparingly if necessary.
