Description

Wall mounted holder for a 500ml round bottom flask.
I came across a lot of old chem glassware and wanted to find a cool use for some of it. Round bottoms are really cool looking so I designed this wall mounted flask holder. Currently trying it with a baby beta fish but I think that it will end up being to small a volume for it. Flowers or a moss garden would look nice too.
A lot of motivation for this came from the AdelphObjects Z Mounts for the MendelMax: thingiverse.com/thing:15861
I've also included the solidworks files for those interested in making further modifications.
Enjoy!

Instructions

Sliced with Slic3r using .3mm layer height and printed on a Mendelmax. You will need one clamp and one wall mount as well as two M5 bolts and nuts.
Had a bit of issue near the top because of overhangs curling but I think I was printing a bit quick for not having a fan.

Cool. I hope it's strong enough, Mr. Beta! *DONT_KNOW*

So far so good! Its very stiff in bending and the flask lip should prevent any major catastrophe in slip. That said, it is mounted above the kitchen sink! Hopefully little Epsilon doesnt take a fall
