Wind Barrier/cooler damper
Description
This is a redesign of my original model for the windbarrier on the UP! extruder, it redirects a portion of the cooling air down over the part as it is printed allowing the layers to cool faster for more easier support removal (ABS) and less slump (PLA) when going supportless.
I've added a damper bar that can be used to turn off/on the cooling air for those that have sometimes said it was too much for their machines.
I also added a mount point for a Mitutoyo dial test indicator for setting build plate level to nozzle.
I got the original file from, 3dprintingsystems.com/support/
I remodeled it in SolidWorks 2010.
