Dominoes, Animals
Description
Animal themed dominoes. I made these for my toddlers so that they could learn the mechanics of a common board game in an easier to understand method (animals instead of dots).
Now I create them and give them to friends who also have kids.

Instructions
Used an flaser.com 40W hobby laser. For the dominoes I used 1/4" Oak (Home Depot sells them in 6" wide planks). One plank will do the whole domino set - less than $10.
I also did a 1/4" birch plywood fingerbox where to store the dominoes. Home depot sells this material in 2'x4' boards for less than $10. I had to cut both sets of boards into smaller boards with a saw before putting them inside the laser cutter.
Both woods cut on my 40W laser at 10% speed, 100% power.
I engrave the details at 100% speed, 20 to 25% power.
Did in Corel, but you can also use the Acrobat Reader files.
