Description
I needed a 92mm CPU fan grill - so I made one up on my laser cutter.
(I've also done a 120mm version - just search thingiverse!)
I'm using this with a version of my electronic cloud chamber:

Instructions
I cut this on my Full Spectrum 40 Watt hobby laser cutter out of 3/16" plywood.
I used 100% power / 35% speed. You can also engrave the black text if you like.
Just about any material you can easily laser cut should work (acrylic, MDF or thin plywood come to mind). Thickness isn't that critical.
Your settings may vary.
The SVG file was created in Inkscape.
