Description
These are a series of buttons made out of wood/plastic. The original circle shape remains but instead of having two or four holes they have many different ones, square, triangle etc.
You can chose in which holes you want the thread to go, so to sew them on as you like.
Materials:
Piece of MDF/plastic (3.00 mm thickness)
220x220 mm.

Instructions
For the wood, chose one that is solid enough -pine or plywood are too soft- it is better to use MDF, so you can sew it on strongly.
Download the .svg file and edit it as you like in Inkscape or Illustrator.
The geometrical forms can be replaced by organic or figurative ones, they can remain abstract as well. You can also change the size of the buttons.
If you want to add some engravings, color the shapes in green.
Important : Spaces between holes have to be at least 0.7 millimiters thickness, so the button doesn't break. If you make them smaller than those in the file, remove some holes.
Settings for the laser cutter
Wood : power: 100 % speed: 0.7
Plastic : power 100% speed 0.2
