Description

Wade's geared extruder modified to work in a Makerbot. This is still in the experimental stage, but my MakerBot is out of commission for the time being so I thought I would release it for someone else to try until mine is back up and running. I've included step files in case anyone wants them.

UPDATE: Moved axis on M8 extruder block (stl only).

Instructions

The gears and the idler block haven't changed. Print a modified block and a mount. Should be pretty intuitive as to how it goes together.

The extruder block V2 seems a bit snug for the bearings. Vanilla Wade's block fit a bearing easily printed on the same machine. Can't wait to try it out!
