Instructions
Use a laser cutter to cut out of wood, acrylic, cardboard, or whatever.
I had to use two layers of 3mm Baltic Birch plywood and glue them together, YMMV depending on the power of your laser cutter.

Lol. I just realised that after I ended up converting the SVG to a DXF then extruding it 10mm and printing it in black ABS that this was a derivitive to a 3D model by GWJax.. :-P
I did mark it as a derivative... maybe I should have added that to the description. *DONT_KNOW*
