Print the pieces (peel and sections in orange, rind in white, and stand in black or whatever) and glue the orange sections to the rind. I made the peel thick enough so as to deal with the drooping issue at the top, but one could otherwise print with a support structure if desired. The rind and peel are not exactly circular so the rind connects to the orange peel in such a way that twisting it can make it hold on to the peel by friction.
