Have you tried making it smaller? So it takes less of the space of the printbed.
you could modify the part fairly easily to suit your needs, or even sand down the printed part on a belt sander. I am entirely unconcerned with printing to the very last mm at the corners of my heated bed, so opted to make them with a wider solid contact point that covers the original screw holes in the PCB.
If you really want as minimal a footprint as possible I think that it might be better to do something with a thin profile edge clip rather than a corner tie down.
Nice. I've been thinking of using glass for printing PLA on my Replicator. How is this clip supposed to fit on a printrbot, and do you think it might fit a Replicator?
It just matches holes that are pre drilled in the printer bed, you can see the tabs on the corner of the glass bed in the picture if that's finished processing yet.
If you've got room on your bed for them you could certainly just drill holes and use these, and if you have different holes I know I've seen maybe 2 other glass clip things on the site, just not any that were "oe" fit for printerbot.

These are a bit small for the IKEA 20 x 20 cm mirros with rounded corners that I use for glass.
